Position: Lab Technician
Started at Laramy-K: 2003
WHAT DO YOU DO AT LARAMY-K? I walk around and harass other employees, and when I am not doing the previously mentioned activity, I run the spin coater and tint lenses all manner of pretty colors.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT WORKING HERE? I think the bosses' daughter is pretty cute, and management is fairly open to suggestion...although when I recommended raising worker productivity by instituting nap time, they said no.
DO YOU HAVE ANY FUNNY/INTERESTING STORIES ABOUT LARAMY-K? I do, but they would be inappropriate. Although there were a few weeks when I couldn't come to work without my car being vandalized with Vaseline.
WHAT IS THE CRAZIEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU? Well, I have a lot of crazy things, but there was this one time when I wrecked a rented car on my honeymoon in a foreign country miles from the nearest town, drank tea with a cop, and then wound up in a really bohemian manor house owned by a member of a certain Irish beer family with a recording studio surrounded by artists, hippies, gypsies, and a pikey who raises fighting cocks.
